Fill-Estate
was established in 1981, founded by Robert John L.Sobrepeņa,
Ferdinand T. Santos and Noel M. Cariņo to market
properties.

Property development in 1983, and formed Fil-Estate Land
Inc. the real-estate holding Company, in 1994 Fil-Estate
Land Inc became a public company in 1995

Fil-Estate Corporation as the primary holding company
for the group

on its 17th year and with over a hundred properties
developed and marketed, Fil-Estate has become a formidable
force in the countries real estate industry. Its impressive
list of projects includes many of the country's foremost
developments and properties found all over the archipelago.

Throughout the years, the Fil-Estate Group has initiated and
completed numerous innovative developments including:

Manila Southwoods - in 1990, Fil-Estate began sales
for the country's first integrated golf course and
residential subdivision development, the Manila Southwoods
Residential Estates and Golf and Country Club. It involved
the development of over 450 has. of land in Carmona, Cavite.
Completed in 1994f, the project was the first golf course
built in the Philippines in over a decade. It was also the
development wherein the golf course design was intertwined
with the residential component, thus, giving the prime
residential lots a backdoor view of fairways and greens. Fil-Estate
golf courses are built to international championship
standards and are designed by world-class designers, such as
Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Graham Marsh. Manila
Southwoods is the first golf course in the Asia-Pacific
region to be certified by Aubodon Society for its
Environmental Management.

Camp John Hay - located in Baguio City, Camp John Hay
was a former military rest and recreation facility. Baguio
City is the summer capital of the Philippines. After the
turnover of US military bases, Camp John Hay is now being
developed by the Fil-Estate Group into an eco-tourism
destination. With the development of world-class facilities
like a golf course, themed commercial and retail cneters,
boutique hotels, condotels and other luxury tourism
facilities, Camp John Hay will continue to be a major
destination and real estate landmark.

Forest Hills - Forest Hills Residential Estates and
Golf & Country Club, located in Antipolo City is set
approximately 1,000 feet above sea level. It is 273 has. of
undulating landscape overlooking the metropolis and the
Manila Bay plus some mountain slopes. It also enjoys the
cool fresh mountain air of Antipolo. It features the
following amenities: two 18-hole par 72 golf courses
designed by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer; a village
clubhouse; a commercial center and a water park.

Fairways and Bluewater: located in Boracay Island, in the
Visayas, which boasts of beaches of powder-fine white sand
renowned all over the world. In the midst of this natural
beauty lies Fairways and Bluewater, a 117-ha. property. When
completed it will feature three hotels, a themed town
center, a golf course and resort villas. The golf course and
resort villas are already completed and operational.

The MRT3 Project - the Fil-Estate Group is the lead company
of MRTC, the consortium that undertook the construction of a
US$655 mn, 17-km light train system compromising 13 stations
along EDSA, the major road system in Metro Manila connecting
north and south Manila. The MRT3 was formally inaugurated on
20 July 2000 (for a comprehensive description of the MRT3
project, please refer to Section 4.4.2)
